Clypboard Customer Portal Transition

We recently made the move to a new customer management software called Clypboard. We're excited for this upcoming change and are working to make the transition as seamless as possible for our customers.


Frequently asked questions about Clypboard

Schendel is now using a new customer management software. It will make doing business with us easier, with features such as electronic billing, emailed service reports, and a secure customer portal. If you are also a Green Pest Solutions Customer, this is the same software you're used to for GPS. 


Will anything change with my actual service?

No. Our service programs and offerings all remain the same and are not affected by this software change. 


Why do I see the name Lawn & Pest Solutions?

Lawn & Pest Solutions is the legal name of both Schendel Lawn & Landscape and Green Pest Solutions. With our new software, you will more commonly see the appearance of this name. This does not impact who does your service. If you have services with Schendel Lawn & Landscape that is who will perform the services. 


Why do I see the Green Pest Solutions name when I'm a Schendel Lawn & Landscape customer?

There is occasionally an issue in our software that causes the logo of our sister company, Green Pest Solutions to be displayed on the Schendel side. You may see the Green Pest Solutions logo and/or pest control type verbiage for your Schendel service. This temporary issue is purely cosmetic and won't change who is providing your services. We are currently working to resolve this issue. 


Why did I receive multiple bills?

 If you have received services from us in the past couple of months, its possible that you may be sent an invoice from our old system for a service, in addition to one from our new system for another service. This will only happen during this billing period as we transition to new software. 

It is also possible that you will receive multiple bills if you are signed up for multiple programs with us. This is a temporary challenge we are working to resolve as soon as possible. Eventually all Schendel Lawn & Landscape services will be on one invoice making it quick and easy to pay your bill.


Why does my invoice say interior/exterior? I'm a WeedZero customer...

This is an error and we apologize for the inconvenience. This language may show up on some WeedZero invoices. We have fixed this for our next billing cycle. 


What changes will I see with this software transition?

Most changes that you see will be on the billing and administrative side:

Electronic billing - We will begin sending invoices by email. If we do not have your email on file, you will continue to receive a paper invoice.

If you receive services during the month, you will receive an invoice the month after your services are completed, instead of an invoice after each service. 

If you have prepaid for your annual services, you will not receive invoices following each service. 

Service reports - The service reports we leave after lawn treatments (for WeedZero, grubs, bagworms, fungus, weed control, and chigger, flea, and tick) will now be emailed following the service. If we don't have your email on file, we will mail you a copy within a few days of your service.

Secure customer portal - Each time you receive an electronic invoice or service report from Schendel, it will have a link to your secure customer portal. The portal will contain information about past and upcoming services, service reports, and billing information. You will also be able to make payments and update payment information through this portal. All recurring services will auto renew each year. You will be able to prepay for services and receive a 5% discount at any time throughout the year. 

Please note - If you normally pay your invoice via the link on our website, that link will no longer be available after mid-September. All online payments will need to be made through your customer portal.
