Schendel is doing a lot of landscaping for us because we enjoy being outside in good weather. Aaron Jones, the designer, patiently led us through the process that took us 2 months of changing the design and getting the cost within our budget. Half of the work is done. We are glad we followed the professional’s advice. It looks better than the computer mock-up by far. The crew is pleasant, friendly and talented. I appreciate all the communication. I knew when they were coming, and when they were coming back.

Corey talked to me about what I wanted and what needed to be done. Went the extra mile to take care of bagworms and other insects invading plants. He and his helper weeded, sprayed, pruned to perfection, even called his manager to check on a particular problem. I couldn't ask for better care.

Loved the communication through text & email and seeing there is a customer portal. Even with this being a one time service it was beneficial. Could see it being even better for recurring services. As for the service tech that came out (Jason) he was great. Explained what he was going to do, spent a little extra time showing me some simple things I could do myself and then got to work. Would definitely have him back to do more work in the future if needed it. Great job from start to finish. Can't forget the two people that helped me when I called in. Both very personable and knowledgeable. Thanks for everything.

Nathaniel provided a follow up visit to our property today. The temperatures are approaching 100°, and the humidity is high, yet he made it a point to have a conversation with me regarding any concerns I have about our lawn. He walked with me and asked me to show him any areas of concern, and explained what we were looking at, and how it could be addressed. He demonstrated understanding, excellent communication, and then sought out a remedy immediately, even though he is clearly very busy. He worked hard while he was here, was thorough, professional, and kind. I really appreciated Nathaniel and his efforts today and would very much recommend!

Technician came out and turned on the sprinkler system checked the backflow preventer. Checked and adjusted each sprinkler head. Also replaced the rain sensor. Very professional job and nice young man.
