Below are some frequently asked questions as it relates to your account, including service renewals, annual discounts, service offerings, and more.
How do my services renew? How do I know what services I’m signed up for on an annual basis?
All services automatically renew with Schendel each year. If you don’t tell us otherwise, the same recurring services will continue each year. We’ll always notify you the day before each service begins. You can review your recurring services in your customer portal. Portal access can be found on the secure link on your most recent digital service notification or digital invoice. Portal links expire after 60 days to keep your account secure. If you have trouble accessing your portal, contact our office and a team member can send over a new link.
What if I want to modify the services I’m signed up for each year?
No problem! If you would like to modify your services, contact our office and a team member will be happy to assist you. You can learn more about our services on our homepage, or by contacting our office

Why did I receive an annual invoice?
If you prepay for services for one year, you will be set up to continue receiving annual invoices at that same time each year, unless you let us know you would like to pay differently. Prepaying allows you to receive a 5% annual discount. If you intend to pay per service instead of annually, please contact us once you receive your annual invoice so that we can modify your payment setup and revise your account balance.
What if I’m set up for autopay and I typically prepay?
If your account is currently set up on annual auto pay either through bank draft or credit card, your services will automatically prepay at the same time you prepaid last year and will include the 5% annual pay discount. If you need to review or make a change to your auto pay, you can do so through the portal or by calling our office.
How can I get a discount?
Want to receive a 5% discount? Pay on an annual basis for the next 12 months of recurring service to receive an annual discount. You can do this at any time throughout the year. Only recurring services are eligible for the 5% discount; one-time services are not eligible for the discount.
I prepaid for a year of services last year, when can I prepay again?
If you prepaid annually for services last year, you’ll receive an annual invoice at the same time you prepaid for your program(s) last year. At that time, you’ll be able to prepay and receive our annual discount of 5% or change your payment setup if you prefer. If you intend to pay per service instead of annually, once you receive your annual invoice, please contact us so that we can modify your payment setup and revise your account balance.
What if I want to be billed differently than I was last year?
You can modify your payment schedule at any time. For those who haven’t previously paid annually, you can do so at any time, just contact our office. For those that have prepaid annually, if you decide you would rather pay per service, our team can discuss with you the best options for your financial needs.
Did my prices change from last year?
Due to continually higher prices for materials, fuel, and labor, we have included a small price increase for some services. We work diligently to ensure we are receiving the best possible pricing for our materials and supplies, but we are not able to absorb all the rising costs. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to work with you.
